These Terms apply to all purchases made through this website.

2. Products

All products sold are physical goods featuring original artwork created by Foxti.

Product types include but are not limited to:

  • Art prints

  • Stickers

  • Pins

  • Keyrings

  • Postcards

  • Greeting cards

  • Mystery bags / lucky dips

  • Limited edition items

Images are for illustrative purposes.

Minor variations in colour, scale or finish may occur due to screen differences and production processes.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors or stock errors occur.

Customers may create an account for faster checkout but may also order as guests.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

International customers may be charged additional customs duties, taxes or import fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Shipping is provided via Royal Mail, with upgrade options available at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, particularly for international shipments.

Foxti is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Postal disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Industrial action

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

If a parcel is confirmed lost according to Royal Mail timeframes, a replacement will be issued.

6. International Shipping

Customers outside the UK are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.

7. Returns & Exchanges (Online Orders)

Under UK consumer law, customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return postage.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges are offered subject to stock availability.

If an item arrives damaged, Foxti will provide a replacement.

8. Mystery Bags / Lucky Dips

Mystery or lucky dip products are randomly selected.

Specific items, designs or values cannot be guaranteed.

These items are non-returnable unless faulty.

9. Limited Edition Items

Limited edition products are produced in restricted quantities.

Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, product photography and branding are the intellectual property of Foxti.

Products are sold for personal use only.

Retail resale is permitted only through approved wholesale arrangements.

Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Market Purchases

Items purchased at in-person markets or events are final sale unless faulty.

12. Limitation of Liability

Foxti shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delivery delays outside our control

  • Minor product variations

  • Loss caused by misuse of products

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
